As a rapidly expanding compliance consultancy, we are seeking a full-time Contracts Officer to join the Contracts & Valuations team.

A great Contracts Officer at Clear Safety has an excellent understanding of what an effective Valuations lifecycle looks like. They are critical in ensuring Clear Safety delivers compliance according to the KPIs and client SLAs by confidently managing the claims and validation process from end-to-end, handling any issues as they arise. They tackle difficult issues head-on as well as escalating issues where necessary. A great Contracts Officer also possesses a good level of emotional intelligence giving them the ability to build strong and effective relationships with clients and contractors alike. They take a lead in improving the productivity within their role and creating accountability with prompt and accurate reporting.

Main Purposes
The Contracts Officer is responsible for supporting the Contracts & Valuations Team and carrying comprehensive appraisals on claims to ensure they meet the requirements of Clear Safety and their clients. They work alongside the Clients and Contractors to provide quality assurance and act as working with the wider teams to create and maintain accurate records.
The Contracts Officer is...
- Responsible for the validation process of all certificates, and that the reports created are delivered to the clients, either meet or exceed the most current release of the regulatory standards. They work continually with the Head of Contracts & Valuations, their peers within the Contracts & Valuations team, wider business and where relevant, KPIs are met.
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate certification has been received for their workstream and in line with SLAs, reports are completed, and accurate records are maintained, working within numerous systems and data sources.
- Responsible for ensuring that the department meets the goals, objectives and high standards set by the company.
