Construction Oversight
Fire Safety and M&E compliance assurance in new development and major renovation projects relies on the independence of those responsible for inspection, verification and enforcement. Clear Safety provides a consistent, independent regime with the assurance needed to protect public safety in the built environment.
We believe our ‘New Build and Major Renovations’ fire compliance and quality assurance oversight is key in providing that required assurance in an often-misunderstood part of the process, by supporting structure in the chain of design, and construction/remediation of buildings, sitting between the client, contractor and building control, assisting with Regulation 38 and therefore bolstering the start of the Golden Thread.
Our specialist team goes beyond providing independent compliance oversight. By identifying design or in-build deficiencies at the earliest possible stage, we work proactively with developers to implement practical solutions, helping to avoid costly remedial works, programme delays, and occupation risks later in the project lifecycle.
