Who we are
Clear Safety is a compliance and inspection partner working with housing providers across the UK. We carry out safety inspections to help ensure homes meet required standards
Why you've been contacted
You've been booked in for an inspection by your housing provider. This may relate to:
- Gas safety
- Electrical checks
- Fire safety equipment
- Other compliance inspections
Your housing provider is responsible for arranging these checks and has asked Clear Safety to complete them.
What to expect
- You'll receive an appointment date and time from us.
- We'll send reminders before the visit.
- On the day, our inspector will attend within the agreed time window*.
- All Clear Safety staff carry ID.
*Please bear in mind that whilst we will do our best to get them to you at that time, factors such as traffic and issues outside of our control may impact their arrival time. We will keep you up to date if any significant, unexpected delays occur.

If the date or time no longer works for you, and you'd like to cancel and reschedule, please call us on 01303 684001. We'll arrange a new appointment that suits you.
