We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nicki Lever as our new Director of Digital Strategy.
Nicki joins Clear Safety with a proven track record in driving digital transformation and innovation. Most recently, she founded and led The Juniper Studio, a successful digital agency delivering cutting-edge solutions with distributed, multidisciplinary teams for clients across multiple sectors. Her experience in building scalable digital strategies and leading multi-functional teams will be instrumental in shaping Clear Safety’s future.
In her new role, Nicki will take global responsibility for designing and implementing our digital roadmap, driving automation, and enhancing customer experience. She will lead the Digital Client Services team, ensuring our systems and processes deliver exceptional value to clients and tenants worldwide.
As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Nicki will also introduce agile methodologies across our digital programmes, ensuring flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of our transformation journey.
