Heating systems typically account for a significant proportion of a building's energy consumption. Replacing ageing equipment with modern, high-efficiency Vaillant boilers helped improve operational performance whilst reducing energy demand.
These programmes achieved estimated average efficiency improvements of approximately 4.86% per installation, supporting housing providers in reducing emissions, lowering energy consumption and improving system reliability.
For residents, this means more dependable heating and hot water services. For housing providers, it helps extend asset life and reduce the long-term costs associated with maintaining ageing infrastructure.

Plant rooms form the heart of many communal heating systems, particularly within larger residential developments. As these assets age, inefficiencies, reliability issues and maintenance requirements can increase.
